Heath rise, neighbourhood watch

After a few minor problems in our area,myself and two more residents in the area and with the help of a Mr Ted Gill of the Norfolk Constabulary home watch we decided to start a Home watch Area,We got a Meeting together with Mr Gill explaining the setting up of the Home Watch scheme, we listed all the participating residents and we all contributed to buying the Home Watch signs, and I attached the home watch signs to several places in our watch area, At that time I and several residents did not have to much time to devote to the scheme,however I am now retired and can spare a bit my time to it, as several residents have asked about how and if the scheme is still up and running.
