A new Association was launched in September 2019 called The Romney Marsh Neighbourhood Watch Association its aim is to bring together all the local neighbourhood watch schemes across the Romney Marsh, and seek to set up more schemes where possible.
They also launched a Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/782488482209139/ under the same name (260 members so far) where they post local crimes / criminal damage / trading standards alerts / cold callers and much more. They hold regular drop in sessions in various location where residents can sign up to Neighbourhood Watch and get items such as UV marker pens / secure number plate kits and much more free of charge.
This Saturday, 14th March 2020, they are holding their first quiz evening and have some excellent raffle prizes all donated by local shops and others.
