As part of our project with BT Digital Voice, we will be using our network of Associations, schemes and groups across the country to spread the word about the switchover to customers, and to show them the way to keep their lines open. This includes running face-to-face sessions with trusted local figures in local communities from Neighbourhood Watch, which will provide the opportunity for customers to ask questions in a non-judgmental atmosphere, with tangible solutions on hand and printed material available to take home.

Below, you can see information on the local events coming up in the East of England, with details such as the venue address, the time, and the date of the sessions. This page will be regularly updated. If you have any questions about these local events, please contact Rosslyn Allen, the Regional Volunteer Coordinator for the East of England (rosslyn.allen@ourwatch.org.uk).
