The 2025 Neighbourhood Watch Cybercrime Survey, sponsored by Avast, is live.

We are asking people to share their experiences of crime online. The results will enable us to understand the impact of cybercrime on communities across England and Wales.

All responses are anonymous and the survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. The closing date is Wednesday 31 December 2025.

We are defining cybercrime as any illegal online behaviour which has a negative impact on someone. This could be the theft of money or personal information, such as email logins, or identity information, like passport details or a home address. Crimes that are not based on cyber security like door-to-door scams are not included in this survey.
