Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2026 Neighbourhood Watch Annual Conference. The event brought together volunteers, coordinators, partners and supporters from across our network for a day of learning, discussion and celebration.

We explored the future of Neighbourhood Watch with updates from our CEO, John Hayward-Cripps, heard insights on neighbourhood policing from DCC Michelle Shooter of the NPCC, and learned about the power of community action from Tracey Robbins of the Eden Project. We also shared important updates on volunteering, fundraising, policing developments and the support available to help local schemes thrive.

In the afternoon, volunteers from across the country shared their experiences of building stronger, safer and more connected communities. Interactive sessions covered social media, growing your scheme and securing funding for local projects, before we rounded off the day by recognising some of the remarkable individuals who make such a difference through our Volunteer Recognition Awards, kindly supported by ERA.

You can catch up with the keynote presentations below. We hope the recordings leave you feeling informed, inspired and connected to the wider Neighbourhood Watch community.
