Mila is the Social and Digital Communications Officer and joined Neighbourhood Watch in October 2025. They manage our social channels, including Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Bluesky. Mila creates content that supports the 2025–2030 strategy, helping to strengthen NWN's digital presence, keep us up to date, and grow our membership.
Before joining Neighbourhood Watch, Mila worked in digital communications for several organisations, including Headingley Development Trust and The Hangout. They also run their own brand, Patch of Moss, a creative platform focused on sustainability.
Outside of work, Mila is a devoted parent to their two rabbits, Gou Gou Siuh and Lady Lancashire (the one in the profile photo is Gou Gou Siuh).
