Hillingdon Borough Neighbourhood Watch Association

Hillingdon Neighbourhood Watch (HNW) was launched in the 1990’s to coordinate the community engagement of residents in the 21 Wards that make up the Borough.

HNW liaises closely with the Metropolitan Police Service and Hillingdon Council to ensure the concerns of our residents are addressed appropriately.  Members are encouraged to report crime, and to respond to crime appeals, in an effort to make our Borough a safe and pleasant place in which to live and work.

HNW uses Online Watch Link (OWL) www.owl.co.uk as the registration system for membership, but in addition residents may also sign up to the Neighbourhood Watch Network to receive NWN messages should they so wish.
