In Rochdale, part of the Greater Manchester force area, the Neighbourhood Watch during the Covid-19 lockdown, produced an information leaflet for residents in the community, where English was not their first language. The information the leaflet contained was the basic message that the government produced in respect of washing hands, manage the virus and stay safe.
