Essex Neighbourhood Watch Association

Essex has in excess of 140,000 Neighbourhood Watch members (inclusive of their Neighbourhood Watch Facebook Group members and Twitter users).

This expansion of members raises the profile of Neighbourhood Watch and increases the distribution of our information - local crime incidents and crime prevention advice provided by Essex Police, Essex Fire & Rescue, Crimestoppers and Victim Support.

We have annual funding from Roger Hirst ,Essex Police Fire & Crime Commissioner which is allocated to each of the fourteen Districts which manages Essex.

In 2022 Roger Hirst gave extra funds to create a video to raise the profile of Neighbourhood Watch to everyone .

This was to reach out to those who may have communication difficulties , impaired hearing, visually impaired and deaf/blind.

So if you would like to be part of Neighbourhood Watch with the help of a family member/friend or neighbour please go to our website and click on the district where you live and see the contact details and the District Coordinator will be pleased to have your enquiry and will be in touch.
