Wootton - berryfields/jubliee gardens

Scheme information

Berryfields and Jubilee Gardens in Wootton is a family orientated community on the outskirts of the main village. The objective of our Neighbourhood Watch scheme is to represent and support our Community by encouraging our neighbours to participate in the prevention and detection of crime, to increase awareness of citizen safety and public awareness of crime whilst working to reduce fear of crime itself. Our catchment includes a Lower School so we have a particular focus on supporting the many families living in our Community. Our scheme endevours to provide a service for our friends, neighbours and partners which is fair, honest and collaborative. We would very much welcome anybody who wishes to join our Scheme with open arms and would encourage everyone to get involved with us to help maintain our wonderful little Community.

Leza Greenop
My name is Leza Greenop, I am married to Mark, we have a beautiful daughter and a very large, handsome dog. We moved to the Berryfields development in October 2015 from Luton because we loved this part of Bedfordshire so much. We wanted our daughter to grow up in a more rural environment in a safe, happy Community where she could flourish. We enjoy having beautiful countryside, fabulous for dog walking, on our doorstep and living in such a friendly place. Wootton and the surrounding villages boast outstanding schools which is also important to our family. We are very fortunate to share our Community with some wonderful friends and neighbours which makes it even more of a pleasure to live here. I started our Neighbourhood Watch scheme with some of those lovely friends and neighbours to ensure that our fab little community continues to thrive. I wanted to play a small role in protecting our community culture and to ensure our lovely area remains a safe and happy place for all who live here.
