The Community Champion project recruits community members, not necessarily from a Neighbourhood Watch background, to encourage their community to be more informed about how to tackle crime, reduce opportunities for crime, and improve community wellbeing and cohesion. A Community Champion will transfer the skills to create effective messaging across their communities.
This is a fully inclusive volunteer programme and we offer the Community Champion a::

- Public Liability Insurance
We are currently trailing this programme in Lewisham and North Yorkshire, with many other areas set to come on board, including Norfolk, Dyfed Powys, North Wales, and Newham.
