A Neighbourhood watch scheme had been in operation for some years but with key people moving away/getting too old it has lapsed. We are starting to get it reestablished on the same basis as before - ie covering all the properties within Park Avenue and dealing with all issues in respect of safety, crime and security relating to the street and its boundaries
