Ushaw Moor Action Group (UMAG) has been established to engage with the whole village community to address issues which affect us all as residents, by working together to encourage community spirit, implement improvements and promote citizen empowerment to make a difference in Ushaw Moor. Registered Charity Number: 115 7340 Our aim is to provide spaces and opportunities for people in the community to meet together and make connections. We currently manage two community sites – The Hut and The Community Garden, we facilitate a range of activities – toddler groups, childrens activities, youth hang out space and fitness classes. The Hut is also available to hire for parties, classes, consultations and special events.

My name is Andrew Donnelly, I am 19 live in Ushaw Moor, work Full time at Houghall College, in my spare time I run a successful youth club (Kids Club) for children aged between 6-12. I am a trustee for UMAG (Ushaw Moor Action Group), and a member of Friends of Addison Park, Brandon and Meadowfield Residents Group and St Johns Hall Meadowfield.
