I was a founder member of this scheme in 1991 and I've been its Coordinator ever since. I helped to found the Eastlleigh Neighbourhood Watch Association in 1995; committee member to 2000; Chairman to 2008; now President. I was also a founder member of the Hampshire & IoW Neighbourhood Watch Association in 1995; committee to 2002; Secretary 2002 - 2008; now Vice President. I was awarded an MBE in 2009 "For voluntary services to Neighbourhood Watch in Hampshire".
