Throop & Muscliff Area- Home Watch

Scheme information

I have been running my Home Watch scheme for about 3 years. It covers 2 roads equaling 71 homes, but also links to neighbours in other roads across Throop & Muscliffe The reason I started was to try and create a safer and more peaceful environment for my family, friends and neighbours to live in, while also supporting the local police, emergency services and councillors in any way I can. I also run a community engagement project called Future Friends and a Facebook Group called A.O.K Volunteers, which does Acts Of Kindness in the community, inspiring others to hopefully join us and do the same. Much like we hope to do with HomeWatch. I would be most happy to link up with any coordinators within the Throop & Muscliff area so we can get as many neighbours involved as possible! I look forward to hearing from you if you have the same passion for helping as I do, just email or call me. Jim Atkin x

Welcome friends, I believe that one of the most important things we can do in life is to keep our families, friends, neighbours and communities safe and peaceful. Without this…ALL is lost! Even if our road/street seems like nothing happens there, we should all network together to help solve any problems there may be, and stay together to keep our HOMES environment, a Healthy, Peaceful and Happy place for us all to live in.
